Red River Gorge / Natural Bridge

We are planning a few days getaway to the area in mid May 2009 and wandering what shape the trails are in. Any damage from last year%26#39;s storms?

Also any advice on cabins or chalets in the area?

I am posting a link to a cabin that I stayed in for a girlfriend get a way weekend. It was great! Beautiful view. It was very quiet and clean. It%26#39;s very close to Miguel%26#39;s. If you%26#39;re not familiar with Miguel%26#39;s it is renowned for its pizza. Natural Bridge is very close as are lots of hiking trails.
